Corporate History

SR Inspectors is a trading arm of Sheldon Reed Ltd which has been in business for over 20 years, producing high quality and very stable credit card payment platforms for a variety of clients, interfacing with all the UK banks. It is a family business, with a desire to make an active contribution to helping to produce a greener environment To fulfil this desire the Directors decided to branch out into the Energy Assessment business. Two of our directors have become qualified domestic, commercial and air conditioning energy assessors. The company has developed PDA based software specifically designed to make its own work more productive for domestic EPCs. (Available free of charge to all DEAs on request)

DIRECTORS

Russ McAnulla Managing Director

After graduate and post graduate degrees in electrical engineering, and having spent many years as CEO of companies in both UK and Southern Africa, Russ returned to the UK in 1985. He set up his own business, which now trades as Sheldon Reed Ltd. This company has produced bespoke software for a wide variety of clients, specializing in the credit card payment area. He qualified as a Home Inspector with BRE in 2006, a Commercial Energy Assessor in 2008 and an Air Conditioning Inspector in 2010. He sits on the DCLG's EPBD and QA Groups, where he helps to inform and guide policies on energy certification. He is based in Watford, and operates mainly in the South East of England.

Steve McAnulla Operations Director

After initial training as an engineer for an airline, followed by service in the Fleet Air Arm, Steve became a Microsoft Certified Engineer. He spent some time in Sales and Support for a prominent software company in the West Country before qualifying as a Home Inspector with BRE in early 2007, a Commercial Energy Assessor in 2008 and an Air Conditioning Inspector in 2010. He now runs the West of England office, based in Somerset and operates mainly in the South West of England.
