Commercial EPCs

Commercial EPCs can be provided for buildings with either simple Heating systems (Level 3) or complex Air Conditioning systems (Level 4). This provides the certification necessary when non-domestic buildings are put on the market for sale or rent. These certificates are valid for 10 years, or until modifications are carried out on the building.

Air Conditioning Inspection Reports

These can be provided for all Air Conditioning systems; from simple ‘split’ units to highly complex centralised systems.

 

Part L Compliance Certificates

Part L compliance certificates (also known as Carbon Certificates) can be provided for new buildings. These are needed by Local Authority Building Control Inspectors before they issue a completion certificate for the building.

 

Domestic EPCs

Domestic EPCs can be provided for dwellings that are placed on the market for either sale or rent. If for sale it is valid for 3 years. If for rent, the EPC is valid for 10 years.

 

Public Building DECs

DECs can be provided for public buildings, and are valid for 12 months.

 

BREAM-In-Use Audits

BREAM In Use applications can be audited, and the required certificates provided.
